Usama at front desk is extremely helpful, he deserves a raise. Also, Sana the housekeeper was amazing, she needs a raise too.

I felt that the amount you pay for a night would include Shower Caps & Sanitary needs. Also a cake of soap could be offered as well as the bottles in shower and basin.
Always nice to have biscuits with a coffee or tea. We get more at motel than is offered by Novotel. Also I made a mistake in booking in Us dollars so it was a lot more than expected to pay in Aud .
This is second stay at Novotel in Darling Harbour in three years very pleased again with choice to return. Staff so helpful at all times. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. Would recommend highly. Thank You
