Do not let the outside or area put you off this hotel. Convenient location to use as a base when travelling in Sydney. Rooms are small with limited space,but this will not be too much of an issue if you are only there to sleep.Room was clean. Reception staff are great. Able to store our luggage with no problem until checkin. Will certainly stay again when in Sydney

The ad on the web sites does not represent what the hotel is. I booked for 9 days because picture of rooms looked nice. The clerk gave us a handicap accessible room which we didn't need We went to room, it was not handicap accessible. Wall paper was cracked and peeling, queen bed was jammed against wall, nightstand prevented closet door from opening and safe was on floor of closet. Noise from bar was loud below the room with drums, vocals and synthesizer going to around 2 or 3 in morning. When we went to let staff know, he just started saying no refund, not refundable. He said he would move us to another room, I didn't think that it would be any better. We checked out and went a excellent hotel. Would not recommend.
