"Clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff, nice area to walk around among the medical center buildings "

"We have stayed at this hotel several other times and unfortunately this time it is clear that they have not kept up with the property management. The towels were old and partially torn. The shower head needs to be changed. The person in the lobby that checked us in needs a refresher on hospitality. I have already made the reservation for the same hotel next week (because of our travel plans), so we will see if there will be any adjustments. This is a busy hotel but they need some upkeeping."

"The amenities were great I wish the pool was a little bit warmer but over all my kids loved them! Honestly if my kids didn't love them so much I would of asked to cancel and stay somewhere else. The rooms are not like the pictures they are run down. The paint was peeling and bubbling in the bathroom it was moldy the room looked clean but smelt like wet dog. There was food in the ac unit. Honestly if they put a little more money into the rooms it would match the rest of the place and had one side pet friendly and one side not it would be amazing. I woke up all stuffy and puffy from the animals. "

"Place was packed for spring break. HH buffet and breakfast were amazing as usual. Staff was super friendly and attentive to needs. Although it was noisy in the halls everyone piped down by 10p. Only gripe was a lot of waiting for the elevators. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is an older property so the current owners have been improving the lobby and common areas which looks modern and great. The rooms are still in need of upgrades which we understand it takes time and capital. Some quick fixes are 1. Switching out the toilet seats so it doesn't look scratched up and worn out which will give the bathrooms a cleaner feel. 2. Also, change rhe carpets to regular floors like laminate. The rooms used to be smoking and non smoking and now it's all non smoking. However, the carpets still held on to the cigarette smell. I am very sensitive to cigarette smells so I can tell that the upholstery in the room still had the smell of smoke. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and pur stay was pleasant."

"The floors were dirty, there was a dirty diaper in the second room we were put in. We were moved from a 2 queen bed room to 2 full beds and had to pay the same price "
