"The Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai is really lovely hotel. It has the best location with the metro rail situated on the door step. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The rooms are also very spacious. Everybody working here is kind and hospitable. I have to give a special mention to Aicha at the front desk. She is really top class. So kind and friendly and she provided me and my family with excellent service. Its because of people like her that hotels like The Tower plaza are 5 star. Thank you Aicha.
