"Very convenient, central location for our needs to get to Antiques Fairs . Large, clean room / ensuite. Codes to access building and room where semt in plenty of time. One slight issue was codes given to access room had to be reset but while that was happening we were made very welcome in the pub /resteraunt next door while we waited. Comfotable bed and comfortable stay - would book again ."

"Excellent conversion of property into self contained rooms. No staff on premises but easy to gain entry via key box and code sent by text will arrival instruction. A good, cost effective way to stay. Pub right next door!"

"Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. "

"It is cheaper than most stays and conveniently placed. Huge bed, in huge sparsely decorated room. Bed comfortable if you don’t mind no mattress cover.Soft pillows. Amenities Spartan. Good for one or two nights tops."
