"Hotel couldn't deliver on printing documents in the business center that I needed for work. That was the reason for my stay. Staff was clueless on how to work the printer and offered no alternatives. Otherwise, renovations are underway and property is nice. There was sticky spill on the floor and in the elevator the night before that was there the next morning. Could use better eyes for safety and cleanliness with the floors. but quiet, pleasant staff and plenty options incl turkey sausage at breakfast! Thanks H Inn,"

"Everything was wonderful except the bed. I have never slept on a worse bed in my life felt like I was sleeping on a board. You would think for a Hilton the beds would be so comfortable. I will not be back. Everything else was really good."

"10 days there no room service and every time we pay they gave us are deposit back asap but when we checked out and took 24hrs. Other than the maid service pretty good experience. Free washer and dryers but didn’t know we would be washing our own towels"
