The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
