"Superb customer service, room service was spot on, the bar staff were awesome and the bed was ultra comfortable. "

"Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper. "
