Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very professional and friendly. Excellent beds. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. Other customers in the leisure club were very bossy about having to be naked and not wear shorts. Not the hotels fault but very odd.

Carlton Beach
Lovely stay. Great view to the beach with easy access. Hotel is located toward the end of the beach which was quiet but yet near everything close by. Convenient with the parking garage right near the hotel.

Art Hotel Rotterdam
Great comfortable stay. Wonderful hotel with great lighting which is usually a problem with hotels. If pushed to give a criticism, the bathrooms could have had deeper shower trays and bigger basins, that’s all. Would definitely stay again!

Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam
Really enjoyable stay. The executive room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we would want other than a bath sheet as the towels that were provided were small and not fluffy. Great location and great bar with friendly and professional service.

This was our second CitizenM experience. It was nearly identical to our first stay in Boston. The customer service was excellent. The location is perfect. Facilities were good. We’d stay again. You have to not mind that the bathroom sink, toilet and shower is in the room and two people will be jumping ...
