"The first room we stayed in had some issues 1) phone was not working 2) the AC unit kept blowing continuously no matter what we did but then we found the control is not the one on the unit, it's a diff one on the wall 3) The walk in shower had curtain and ZERO barrier to prevent water from the shower getting out. The shower was also on the wrong wall and when it was turned ON, all the water was on the floor at least filling half the bathroom!! This being an "accessible" room, it is very dangerous if one steps out of the shower and there's so much water! The bathmat was wet within seconds of turning on the shower. We asked the front desk to switch us to a diff room for the second night and they obliged. The shower at least had a small barrier for water to not get into the bathroom like the previous one. first toom however was bigger than the second room they gave us. Since we were just leaving sunday morning, we didn't min. The breakfast was OK the first day (good coffee) with whole wheat toast. The second morning (Sunday), there was no toast!! What kind of breakfast is that without the basics? Seems like no matter the caliber of hotel we book, services are constantly going down lately. The front desk staff was nice at all times, there's that at least."

"Night shift worker. So grateful for their amazing real blackout curtains!! The entire hotel is adorable!!!! My flight got in early and they allowed my to check in early with no hassle. Overall amazing stay! We will return! ❤️"

"Id stay there again cuz ive had worse Very nice room. Good breakfast. Elevator was intermittent. Staff was really good actually, except one... You could tell she really didn't want to be there. The day I had showed up they just finished up on repainting a whole bunch of outdoor stuff , looked nice, although there was over spray in many areas. the place was never swept in the three days that I was there. The same litter and trash on the ground was there the whole time I was there. No signal on the tv , although everything was plugged in."

"This is the second time this year we have been there. The first time the pool and hot tub were closed our whole stay. This time the hot tub was not operating. The pool and hot tub were our main reason for choosing this hotel. To say the least we were disappointed. At the entrance we used the cement was crumbling but for the most part it is a nice place to stay. The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious."
