"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Miami West on Tuesday night, checking out the following morning. While I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The room was uncomfortably hot, the bathroom was not clean, and the TV was inoperable. On top of that, the elevator was out of service on checkout day, forcing us to climb down ten flights of stairs, which was very frustrating. I hope management takes these issues seriously to ensure future guests have a better experience."
