"Found a spider in my room, and they don't seem to thoroughly clean certain areas like the toilet or change the sheets even when asking for cleaning service but the staff is nice and it's super close to public transportation. "

There are enough food courts and stalls nearby for a quick bite of things as well as the breakfast buffet choices are great as well."

The food is delicious although there isn’t much variety if you are staying for multiple days, not a con though. We had a family a four girls and felt super safe. The room was super clean.
