We went as a family with about 10kids total, this is a definitely older crowd who gave the kids crusties when they splash them with a ball or screamed too loud. "The staff members! Elena was her name! We didn’t even get to check in or we didn’t even get a refund! So we just paid for a room that we weren’t able to sleep in or anything ! We barely stepped foot in there and they were super rude and wouldn’t give us a refund all over 2 bracelets "

They said we only paid for a standard room It was sub standard for a lot of money They did put us in a better room after two days"
