"Always excellent! A little struggle with noisiness between rooms - seems to be limited sound insulation. TV on at 2:30am in adjacent room. Still, my stats have consistently been pleasant. The rooms are so tidy and the decor fresh and welcoming. "

"Three night stay. Room was not cleaned as scheduled I was told housekeeping makes a list at 8am and we had a Do not disturb sign out. I said that was because we didn't want to be disturbed at 8 in the morning. We left our room at nonn and was told by the manager housekeeping d does not work after noon "

"Room was clean but no frills. Front desk staff where accommodating. I was originally put next to a room with pet and asked for a different room. Which was changed immediately. Parking was sufficient given the hotel is on a hill. Breakfast was limited but the coffee was decent. My only complaint is a staff the morning I was checking out. The person loudly was talking on the personal phone call about a person threatening to harm them and that they were going to reciprocate. There was a lot of cussing and no apology when staff saw me walking by. This was in a closet with the door open by the main lobby. Otherwise the stay was sufficient for my adult son and my needs. I would book again if I was in the area. "

"Yes, the breakfast was good and it was free to park. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the sheets were dirty. When I got there in the bathroom Matt was dirty. Other than that. It was nice."

"Decent continental breakfast. Pool was okay. Beds were not comfortable at all. I will say they were actually having professional carpet and upholstery cleaners come in during our stay. It is nice to know that hotels do this. "

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very attentive and helpful with our special request related to extra bed sheets. The owner lives on the property and greeted us personally. There is plenty of free(!!!) parking available. The area is quiet and picturesque. We stayed for 5 nights and highly recommended this place."
