"Hotel had overbooked and our room was not available (despite being booked nearly 6 months in advance and paid for). The explanation "We have given YOUR room to someone else by mistake". A few amazing members of staff let down by some truly incompetent senior managers. Take care when booking and don't be the last ones to arrive."

Walls were full of holes and wall plugs, bathroom accessories were broken and to top it off no hot water in the morning. Personally I will not be staying here again."
