"The hotel is in a convenient location just off I-5. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There were multiple other people waiting to check in too. I asked nearby staff if they could send someone up to the front desk and after waiting quite a long time a girl came to the desk and made excuses for not being up front. They should really just have a self check in kiosk if they don’t want to keep someone at the front desk. No one wants to wait around to get in to their room after a day of traveling. "

"A place to stay for one night. Not sure if owner think Covid is still an issue or a statement about the neighborhood as the office door is kept locked at all hours and you do business from outside through a window. Shut access to my unit at 9 am and left message at office window that they were not available for 30 minutes. Luckily I had all my belongings out of the unit. Had fridge and microwave in unit but no coffee maker. Unit was clean but no heat in bathroom so need to really heat up unit to warm up bathroom to take shower. Probably not an issue in summer. "

"The front staff was great, the beds seemed smaller than other queens, the room felt cramped, mostly recommended for a quick stay not for many days, especially with children simply because it isn't too spacious. Overall well-maintained, quiet, and friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast a lot."
