"Watch out for the misleading pictures of beautiful chairs and umbrellas by the beach right in front of the hotel. They are not free for resort guests . It’s paid by the day 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas cost $50! Breakfast might also not be included if booked with Expedia. Housekeeping only switch towels , they don’t clean the floors on a daily basis. Not my best experience with cleanliness."

"This is my 3rd time staying here my family likes the view but it’s not worth it AT ALL!!!! I have money and I spend money but this place is not worth the aggravation and the rudeness! "We were given 2 dirty rooms before finally getting a clean room. The grounds and pools were never clean. There was always trash or leftover food from the previous day left all over the grounds. Upon our arrival is was absolute chaos. A pool had to be closed due to the rowdy crowd. The attendants were not attentive at all. We will never stay here again. "

"They have nice accommodations, the rooms were clean, tastefully done, white bed cover, and the hotel food is actually excellent. The bartender Jonay is an amazing bartender and remembered me. She ordered my Jambalaya as I put my things in my room. Location is perfect to amazing restaurants in Houston."
