"The hotel was very nice. We didn’t use any amenities. The staff was very kind and helpful. The parking was HORRIBLE. The valet, parking garage, self parking, it is all not good. I know it is not the hotel staff’s fault, but the design, the layout, the way it’s done, is horrible. It is packed. The parking garage is filthy. It’s gross, trash, spilled drinks, bodily functions, etc. The hotel itself is pretty and clean The people were really nice. The rooms are clean, but the parking is a nightmare."

"Great stay in DC! the amenities in this grand hotel made me feel like I took a little luxury vacation along with my actual purpose, which was work related. Beautiful grounds and flowers, great location, steps away from Rock Creek Park as well as the Metro and bus lines. Busy property but my room was quiet and looked out on nature (in the middle of the city!)."

"I’d definitely return to westgates! The staff was really helpful and the services that they offer are really good - especially the free shuttle to and from Universal. The room I stayed in wasn’t modern and I did have an issue with my bathroom but I was able to call facilities and get it rectified. That being said the room was clean and they did provide the basic amenities. Overall a very good stay, I would return and recommend for sure!!"

"Room was clean staff were nice at the check in, the lack of room cleaning while staying there wasn’t my cup of tea. Food was off oysters ddnt have any oysters on the shell for the price was not worth it. Drinks were watered down bill came up to about 700 plus and was not worth the coins. Overall the stay was ok pool and scenery that’s it. "
