"Really nice people, let me check out late for free , not the cleanest and my daughter calls it the buggy hotel but you get what you pay for and it was cheap and I loved how kind the staff was and how they were so kind and considerate and helpful "

"Cockroaches everywhere crawling on the walls. The place was nasty they had to give me another room with two beds I will not book this place again. I am disappointed. "

"The stay was Excellent.. One of the Better Hampton Inn's I've stayed at.. Breakfast was Awesome.. Parking was good.. Being able to get Fresh coffee regardless of the time, I really enjoyed.. Will be staying at the Same location next visit to Connecticut.. (I only stay at Hampton Inn / Hilton regardless of state).. Thankyou for making the stay feel like Home away from home "
"Check in was smooth since Hotels.com had already designated the room - I was able to get the keys early.
Nightstand lamp did not work - nor did the outlets on the lamp - we told the desk about it.
Bathtub dangerously slippery because they put the shampoo and body wash containers opposite the faucet so it left slippery substance all over the tub bottom. If they had installed those on the same side as the faucet and showerhead (like other hotels I have gone to) - the water would rinse the residue away.
Bed was fine, pillows fine, small refrigerator also nice."
