"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. "The hotel is stylish and modern. Staff are so friendly and helpful, with thoughtful touches like macarons on arrival and a map of the local area with notes for a walking tour. My room was clean and quiet with all required amenities. The area itself has a neighbourhood feel with many great options for brunch, dinner and cocktails as well as independent shops. It is also easy and manageable to walk into the centre of Paris."
"Location is good for the north stuff and a bit far for things like the pantheon and crypt. It’s next to the moulin rouge but was oddly quiet. We had an issue getting in and had to call the number on our reservation. There is nobody there to assist after the day worker goes home. Also, she hides in the basement. The basement is also where the “self serve” luggage storage is lol. And, DO NOT follow the directions on the washer/dryer, that will not work. Somehow, we had to hard press the “time management” button to shut off the wash cycle. "
"This is the first time I’ve ever experienced actual hospitality from a hotel. I arrived way ahead of check in time, yet they gladly put away my suitcase and offered me a snack. The mini bar is complementary and the breakfast is very reasonably priced. They also welcome you at their other properties throughout the city for refreshments at no additional cost. Indeed, true hospitality."
