"Great stay"

"The staff was wonderful and the hotel is lovely - clean, unfussy in design, quiet, and great bedding. Nothing at all to complain about. They loaned me an adapter to charge my phone and they were friendly and helpful. My only issue is with the hotels.com app - I put a different area into my preferences filter and didn’t realize that I was booking a hotel in the wrong area. Nonetheless it was good to discover a new area which is great if you want to stay in a part of the city that’s non-touristy....

"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. "The location was so nice, having several stations near to the hotel. The staffs are friendly, but the cleaning the room was not enough, because the water was not refilled so I asked them to bring the water but they asked me to come to pick it up at the reception. The garbage bag was not resetteled in the dust box. I believe it came from that I forgot to pay the chip to the staffs. This is only the point that I was regrettable."
