"Great experience & highly recommend this hotel. Staff were friendly & attentive & made sure guests were provided with excellent customer service. The King suite was quiet, comfortable & so spacious. Both the Kick Back evening food & the breakfast selection & quality were great & substantial. Definitely exceeded our expectations & was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. "

"At check in, Brian was on the phone, didn’t help us identify best entrance to our room nor about the additional $50 automatically added for incidentals ( not actually billed if not used). Brian handed me the bill to sign, slid the room cards to me, not a single word since his phone call was more important. Not the best first impression of Drury Hotels. The hotel, amenities and other staff are actually amazing! Complementary snacks and breakfast were so good ( and appreciated)! Shout out to Shelly, she was super friendly and helpful! I would give this hotel 6 out of 5 stars if I could. "
