The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"Comfortable bed, fabulous pillows, soft towels, lots of tv channel options and youtube, good water pressure, mostly quiet, some construction going on, internet didn't work first day, even with 2 options. Huge patio, no patio furniture and everyone could access it. Toilet seat not tight, no extra toilet paper provided, shower drain was flooding over, bathroom could be a lot cleaner - inside shower floor & wall of sink was dirty and cup. Texted issues first evening I was there, they didnt respond...

"This is the worst property from the worst agency that I ever got. In the post they have parking available with spaces, when you get there your surprised by a big lie as the hole area is residential only 24/7 and any parking around is 30euros / day. Best part is that we booked the studio with lovely pictures, got there just to be surprised that there was no keys left for us, had to waith geom 11.30pm to past midnight for them to give us a different one, nothing to do with pictures, broken things,...

Ancak konaklamam sırasında birçok sorun yaşadım: • Oda havalandırmaları oldukça kirliydi ve odada yerde böcekler geziyordu. • Altıncı katta kalıyorduk ancak asansör çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı. • Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi. • Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi....

"Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
