"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk into the city or to the station. There are some great dining options around the hotel. We stayed in the Surlingham suite which was gorgeous. The view in the morning of the cathedral was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for they accommodated. We'd definitely stay again!!! "
