"Had a comfortable time staying in the room. Super close to the beach."

"We stayed for four nights. The first two nights were fine, however there was no hot water for the final two nights of our stay. Reception confirmed that the issue affected the building and unfortunately it was not resolved before our departure. To their credit, the hotel later provided a partial refund of €150 after our complaint. However, losing hot water for half of our stay significantly affected our experience. The room was otherwise comfortable and the location was convenient, but I hope the hotel takes steps to prevent similar issues in the future."

"Stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Sea View Suite, nice staff despite my basic French, they gave me a welcome gift of bottled waters and Chocolate! Clean rooms, provided me with towels for the beach as well, Wifi is very strong you can get signal at the beach, reasonable prices, lovely view of the Meditteranean and the promenade from the balcony. Would stay again! Thanks a bunch to all the staff!!!"

"The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location. It's within walking distance of the Old Town, shops, restaurants, and many of Nice's main attractions. The hotel was clean, and the rooms had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the service could have been better. For example, it would have been a nice touch to offer guests water upon arrival. There was an empty glass jug in my room, but no one explained its purpose, and there were no bottled waters provided. Only after I asked did I learn that there were water fountains available on each floor. Another issue was that the windows did not have screens. When I opened the window for fresh air, mosquitoes came into the room. Also, the "garden view" room actually overlooks the street and a nearby park. While the view was pleasant, light sleepers should be aware that traffic noise can be noticeable. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and loved the location. Despite a few shortcomings, I would consider staying here again."

"A large spacious room with windows looking over the square made my stay very comfortable. If you need to use a lift when staying in a hotel be warned that the lift here is very small. With my backpack on I struggled to get into the lift and certainly there would not be room for more than one person with a lot of luggage. For me though, that was probably the only negative about the hotel."

"Breakfast was a buffet, which we have had in many hotels. However, the staff here didn't think it was necessary to remove dirty dishes from our table during our meal. It seemed to be our job to stack up the dishes to make room for the next course in our breakfast. I've never seen that before in a 4 star hotel. Staff did a haphazard job of cleaning the room, too. They ignored glasses and cups that we had used and didn't fill dispensers in the shower."
