"Comfortable and clean. Of the six or so places we stayed in Myanmar, it was definitely the best. The service also very good. The “Venus” message spa gave great messages for a reasonable price. I declined the “additional special services”, and was kinda surprised that such was politely offered. I guess the name “Venus” should have been a clue. Still, I would recommend it as the message was very good. "

My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. "It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for". The photos online make the place look a bit fancier than it really is. That said, considering it's a budget hotel, the rooms are surprisingly big.
