"After checking into a couple self check in places we realized that you must enter the code in slowly, it seems if you press the numbers quickly that it doesn't recognize it and fails. Once we figured it out the self check in went smoothly."

"The room was clean and a nice size. I think we stayed in the superior deluxe. The bathroom floor was heated, which was nice. Shower water pressure wasn’t that great. Property was in the remote location and deal for seeing northern lights, although it was too cloudy during my stay. The pool and spa area were very nice. The restaurant was nice and the food was good."

"This would not be for everyone but you have to be prepared to stay in a clear “igloo” like bubble. Staff was friendly and there upon arrival but it is a small cabin with 2 shared bathrooms and showers for everyone staying. There is a fridge and coffee if wanted. The only thing in the bubble is a very comfortable bed, a small light and electric outlet. Each bubble is private and there is nothing like looking overhead into trees and the sky. The bed was the most comfortable bed with plenty of down pillows and comforters. They give you a lantern if you need to use it for the evening. We woke up to the sunrise very refreshed. Definitely an interesting and fun experience."

"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"
