"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "

"The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. I reached late at night I could get food from room service. I have stayed here multiple times and I would definitely book again. "

"Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Ambience is good, Spa is good, offered good discounts..Travel to and fro is...

"Fördelar: tidig checkin utan att vi anmält det, personal villig att hjälpa till i den mån de kunde ändra saker, sen utcheck, varmvatten fanns dygnet runt, bra hastighet på Wifi Nackdelar: ej adekvat städat, kvarglömd klädnypa bakom sängen, spindelnät på ett flertal ställen, mycket dammig takfläkt,utlovade toalettsaker på rummet existerade ej förrän vi påtalade det( då fick vi en toarulle och 2 små tvålar), endast ett badlakan på 2 p(inga handdukar alls). Ej heller existerade utlovat vatten på...
