"I love that they are pet friendly...but...have more poo stands around the property! Please extend breakfast till 12 on the weekends...people on vacation don't get up early!!! My fridge did not chill...but the freezer did freeze...I forgot to tell the maintenance man outside my door...and I asked for a microwave last night but it never came...I was cooking and probably scaring the mess out of the guests with the smoke alarm!!! "

"The staff was very informative could have at least show courtesy for one night stay for free parking we left early in the morning the next day the room had some issues but we left early so I was really just to sleep and leave I would consider maybe next time to stay at one year hotels thank you"

"Well it did get hot after midnight. The air wasn’t its best . And hot water was limited. But the stay was good enough to book it again if I need to "

"Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful but one guy on the breakfast crew was extremely rude when he turned off the juice machine and made my daughter cry because it was five minutes after continental breakfast ended. We nicely asked if he could turn it on for her to get a drink and he was very rude about it. Finally he did it but he was not kind or understanding at all. The rest of the staff was super nice. One lady apologized for the way he acted. The bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall it was fine for one night but definitely not the best service. "
