"Very convenient to downtown. Parking area was very convenient but quite expensive. Bar was expensive as was food. Lots of little nice restaurants a short walk away. I thought we were to get a free breakfast. Nothing free here. "

"Not worth the price we paid for an upgraded room. Nothing special, tub was hard to get in and out of, curtain was broken and wouldn’t fully shut and walls are thin and could hear everything. Staff was kind and helpful and it was clean."

"Upon entering we learned that the Hotel is under construction with serious noise from 8-5pm. We had no choice but to deal as refund was not an option. If we were informed prior we would have made alternative arrangements. My son is autistic and has serious concerns with noise. We could not stay and utilize the hotel without his anxiety and made the stay very uncomfortable. I felt the stay would have been fine without construction and paying full service fee for stay leaves us in a quandary to stay with Hotel.com in the future. We should have had advance warning Eddie 646-529-0887"
