"One of the more beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! Don’t go hotel was not crowded. Easy access to park in garage restaurants theaters bars within walking distance of the hotel. Customer service was number one will definitely stay again. Would love to have a list of any other Moran hotels in the United States"
"I stay at Hyatt Regency often but this was my first at Galleria in HTx and it did not support. Open lobby area with bar and cafe, pool and fitness center. You can order food + drinks by the pool. The room is spacious and upon entering I could smell a slight bleach scent; this is typically a good indicator that the room has been cleaned properly. There were no issues with hair, stains or anything. Housekeeping will greet you in the hallways and they seem to be happy and pleasant. The front desk staff and bartenders are warm and welcoming. Parking is plenty but the parking fees can add up."
