ibis budget Thonon Les Bains

8/10 Good

"My room had not been cleaned. Manager immediately helped me move to another room. In the morning same night manager helped me get a taxi. Excellent response to a problem."

ibis Styles Thonon Les Bains Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed at this hotel whilst attending a sporting event at the venue next door, which made the location ideal. Not stayed in an Ibis Styles version before and pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival, the breakfast was sufficient, and there was a bar available if you fancied a drink. There were also games for the kids, which would be a nice added bonus to keep them entertained if needed. The location was decent, with convenient access to the sporting venue and a good base for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay that exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again."
