"Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Very quirky suite with lovely paintings adorning the walls. Floors were a bit creaky in that you could hear people upstairs, but, you get used to it. Ideal location as only a 5 minute stroll from the Piazza Majiore and all the adjacent bars and restaurants."

Gave so many suggestions & wonderful places to dine. You need a bath mat in shower or someone could get seriously hurt. It’s very slippery. Breakfast buffet was delicious"

"This property has a great location with a short walk to the duomo and views of the capella de medici from the terrace. Staff was extremely helpful and provided us with a map and recommendations. Breakfast was really good. Only thing is the bed isnt the most comfortable"
