Hotels near Three Lakes Park

"I had to ask 3 times for the pull out beds sheet to be changed in which it was never done. We did get moved to another room how we both toilets did not want to flush. When I let Front desk know she stated it was could be because if it’s about to rain there’s sometimes plumbing issues. Toilet of course would not flush the next morning after using it and maintenance had to come up with a snake to snake it. Spoiled milk was served at breakfast"

"Room and facility were clean. Staff was polite but made me wait a while as he ran outside for something. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet - bathroom was clean and water was hot. I didn’t check anything out around the hotel because I was just really needing a place to sleep in the middle of my ride. Breakfast was typical muffins, cereal etc. not many options and they started cleaning it up before it was supposed to be over. Overall great experience. Really minimal complaints and no reason that I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Upon arrival, they offered no early check-in, it was okay because we were there for a volleyball tournament and the place was packed. Other hotels have always allowed early check-in so was just disappointed. I can back around 30 minutes after the scheduled check-in time. Our room was still not ready, I was told they were behind with cleaning. So I missed part of the tournament waiting to get checked in. The room felt warm but I turn the AC on so to cool down. When we came back that night late, the tournament didn't end until after 10:30, the room reeked of marijuana, was not cool at all and the refrigerator was not cool. We figured since it was late, the room would cool down over night. At 2am we called the front desk and the phone just rang and rang. My son started having asthma issues as he's allergic to dogs and the room must not have been clean enough. We found out they allow dogs. I opened the window to try and get some air, messaged the desk and still no response. My daughter and son were sleeping and we had to be awake early the next day for the tournament so I didn't go downstairs to complain. We just suffered through the night. My son went to the Patient First the next morning to get an inhaler. All in all it was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. Think twice before booking..."

"Our key did not work with 3 trips from lobby to 4th floor. A very kind front desk worker came with us on the 3rd attempt to see what was wrong. He enlisted an unapologetic manager to finally determine that maintenance was required. I asked if we could get a drink voucher or something to compensate us for our inconvenience. She said she had "run out of drink chips." "

"Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen."
