"Ok but no coffee cups, coffee, creamers and sugars for coffee but, there was a coffee pot. Stand light did not work well. No water cups. "

"There is no microwave in any of the rooms. You need to go to the pantry by the front desk to heat up any food you have. Room service is basically take out. I was told by front desk you need to call downstairs to a restaurant and be told what is available (no menu in the room either) then go downstairs to pick it up. I feel like the hotel doesn't accomodate their guests like they should. No one is going to want to be settled in their room just to go downstairs to heat up what they want to eat just to go back upstairs. No one after a long drive is going to want to pick up their own "room service" order. In the end, my opinion of the hotel is that it's not worth the money to spend due to lack of basic amenities and lsck of consideration to their guests who are paying good money to stay there. I know i will never be back there again....oh and the bed sheets are kinda scratchy as well and not soft like people would have at home."

"We did enjoy our stay there it was clean very nice smells was great you can tell the house keepers take pride in their jobs because if it wasn’t for them well you know so yes I would recommend them to my family and friends staff was very friendly and nice to the people "

"Room was gross. Wallpaper peeling, the floor between the main living and bathroom was broken and came apart. The beds were hard and the sheets were very thin "

"Old, run down hotel. The microwave, and coffee maker were probably older than me. Not to mention the coffee maker is in the bathroom? Like what? The tv only has satellite and you have to sit and watch the guide very slowly if you want to see what’s on. I guess you get what you pay for, next time I’ll spend the extra. I personally won’t be back."

"be vary cautious when staying at this hotel. we booked a room with two double beds and after arriving to the room, as the blanket was pulled back we noticed an actual bedbug. this is a serious cleanliness issue for us so we went to the front desk to request either a refund or to be moved to another room since it was 2am and finding another place to stay was not possible at the time. the night shift clerk was extremely rude and kept telling my friend to be quiet and that she would not talk to her because my name was on the reservation but we were standing there together explaining our concerns. after an unpleasant interaction the clerk changed our room and let us examine the new room and the bedsheets to make sure there weren’t any bugs. I will say, the only main positive with this hotel was that we were slightly impressed with the free breakfast options. the food was actually decent and had many choices to choose from. "
