"Pretty good. The hotel is cute and quaint, with a Harry Potter-esque lobby. Staff were helpful and pleasant. My only qualm is the room and hallways seemed a little humid and musty, signs of mold in the bathroom, but the stay was good, beds comfortable, water pressure very good. Bathroom space a little tight."
"We had a pleasant one-night stay. The hotel is clean and well-located with polite staff. It's a five star hotel but in actuality, it is a bit dated so it definitely doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Pricing reflected this so overall it was good value and perfect for our purposes of traveling with elderly parents and eating with relatives across the street at a solid restaurant in a department store. We also had a pleasant stroll in the evening and listened to a street musician. The chef at the breakfast buffet was super welcoming and chatting with customers. I appreciated his suggestions. Overall, a fine stay although I'd probably stay somewhere more updated if it were a different trip."
"The interior was well designed, new condition and the beds are very comfortable. Can be pricey and underwhelming if you don’t get a larger room with a bit of a view. We appreciated our room upgrade to a larger twin beds room as we were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was quite good quality and beautiful environment. Housekeeping is inconsistent as they left used mugs and glasses multiple days until I called specifically and asked them to change them out. Otherwise the service is good. The immediate neighborhood is best for those who enjoy exploring the local food scene. Would consider staying again."
"Breakfast foods just normal not much fruits, the dryer machine extremely slow but the front desk service very nice and helpful. The bathroom towels got allergic to the skin maybe the soap they used. The hotel location very convenient close to everything. Not bad for the budget hotel."
