"The three star rating is deceptive because it averages a one star check in process with a five star hotel. I was told I could check in until midnight. I got there at 11pm and no one answered the doorbell and no one answered the phone number Expedia had for the hotel. Thankfully another guest let me in and gave me the right number to call. "Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family.
