"Our experience was excellent since our arrival! They had valet parking!. The property is beautiful. Our bedroom was comfortable and offered views. It included a nice breakfast buffet. It is located inside the historic center of Mérida and you can walk to the historic sites. "

"The room was very clean, and the room service menu was excellent with fast service. We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill."
