"Pet friendly, easy check in with friendly staff, the room exceeded my expectations and the hotel and property were very pretty. The bathroom was clean. For light sleepers, mornings are a little noisy since you can hear everything in the hallway. We didn’t participate in breakfast as we were there for a morning appointment and arrived at 1:30am but, we were so thankful check out was at noon not 11. Everything was great and I would definitely stay again."

"Upon check in we noticed a strong chemical smell, slightly like bleach but much more like an industrial cleaner. Check in was easy, we proceeded to our room in building 2. As soon as we opened the door the same strong smell overwhelmed us from inside the room. It was awful. The bedding even smelled like chemicals. The door to the room did not seal properly and the heat/AC unit was not correctly affixed so daylight shone through both. You definitely get what you pay for, but at $100/night I would have expected a bit better. "

"Stayed here twice in one week while traveling back and forth between Florida and New York. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet each morning was very good. Jerry, the cook, was especially kind and welcoming, he made the experience even better."

"Very poor breakfast requires a lot of improvement, you can't offer rotten banana for customers some food sounds left over from day before, in particular, muffin (gluten free) with no expiry date on the package. A hotel charging over $250 MUST have at least a kitchen to offer room service (minimum burger or sandwiches) while asking the receptionist for room service she replied;; we do room service once every 2 days 🤔, couldn't differentiate between room service and house keeping. On the other hand the receptionist asked us to google for restaurants in the area !!!. If any one forced to make reservation in this hotel he/she MUST NOT accept any room on the West wing of the hotel due to amount of noise from passing trucks/trailers on 95 highway. The only thing good in this hotel was clean and that's because its new. This hotel must be 2.5 star and not 4!!!!"
