"Sylvia is helpful with planning and goes above and beyond to meet guests needs. Room had hot chocolate, tea, coffee, cookies and unlimited bottled water. Breakfast is outstanding = cheeses, cereals, yogurts, abundant fresh fruits, pastry toast and eggs, meats to order. TV in the room as well. lounge area to enjoy when out of your room."

Only real complaint was not with room but with reservations system: we wanted to shorten our 8-day stay by one night (in advance, not on arrival) and doing so would have been MORE expensive than just sticking with our original reservation. I didn’t understand why that should be, as we had to pay for the first night even though we didn’t arrive until the next day."
