location is great, staff is friendly and most importantly the price is good. the room is not sound-proof, however, it was generally quiet during my stay. Breakfast is opened from 8:00 to 10:30, you can get some simple and light food there. In general, I am satisfied. :)

Does what it says on the tin. It is budget.
I was expecting a budget hotel. It is the fact what we found on arrival was much more rudimentary than the reviews and images Shown. You get what you pay for. It was very inexpensive and therefore we chose to forfeit the 2nd night and stay elsewhere. That says more about me than the hotel. I am sure for anyone confined to the budget it’s a good shout.

This hotel has many issues, but also has a great location and a good price. Air-conditioning is a disaster, doesn't work properly, and makes huge noise. Room was found freezing cold on arrival, a lot of hassle to change, etc. Flushing didn't work, had to lift the lid to flush stuff. Breakfast is quite good. Reception girl in the morning helped me with directions and helped me print a boarding card

Good hotel location in central Tirana, staff are all Superb, very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast available included in hotel price. Would love to return and stay again.

Good service from staff and the hotel is clean. Good breakfast buffet. On the downside the TV in my room didnt work. The lock on the door was slightly dodgy. It took a fair bit of manipulation to open the door. There was also a leak from the skylight. As Tirana is a very rainy city this is not ideal.

I appreciate it's a budget hotel, but the hotel lacks the basics, that make the hotel awkward in respect to functionality. Very small rooms with a small bathroom, where your knewws toch the wall sitting on the toilet. A bed with an old mattress that sunk in to the frame, getting out was hard. No lamps or light switches near the bed, meaning getting out of that bed to turn lights off. No TV for our 12 night stay. A rug that slides like ice, so we had to fold it away. On arrival, we asked for an extra pillow, hair dryer and toilet paper. We got none. I acquired the toilet paper from a cupboard on the landing and the same for the hair dryer. My wife folded up a blanket to make as a pillow and not owned nce did the maid twig we need an extra pillow. Staff were OK friendly enough, but the very one who said anything you need just asked was the one that did not deliver. The best thing about this hotel is location,, next to the New Bazaar and a short walk to the square. This is the first review vi done where I have been disappointed with a hotel. I don't have high expectations, as I love you ke budget hotels, but this lacked the very basics in comfort and functionality for my needs.

Very small rooms. Staff not friendly. I tried to change the room, they didn’t have anyone at night to even look in the system for available rooms. I checked out the same day and they still charged me for 3 days. Worst place ever.

If you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Tirana, Hotel Jolly is it. The location is pretty much perfect. It’s easy to walk around, there are so many restaurants and bars within a couple minutes from the door. The staff are always helpful and it’s kept very clean. Only notes of improvement - 1. the breakfast was the same all 7 mornings I ate there. A little change would be nice. 2. The bed was really uncomfortably hard. Thank you for an excellent stay in Tirana.

Rory (42) from Ireland. Had a lovely stay here in early November. Hotel is comfortable, safe and in a great location. Staff were very understanding. Ana on reception spoke very good English and knew the city well. She helped me with some travelling issues i was having. So i was relieved over that. They did my laundry for a reasonable price, for which i was very grateful. Id love to know the detergent they use! The breakfast was simple but filling - it set me up for the day. The bread was delicious. Alll in all, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended. And Tirana is a really fun town for 2-3 days. Loved the experience. Very enlightening. Rory

Simple, convenient and in a good location.
People were very nice. Be aware that there is not parking on site. They said that there was a nearby parking lot for a fee per night. However, one of the persons working at the hotel moved their car on the street right in front of the hotel so I could park my car. Room was small, almost like a japanese business hotel. The bathroom had motion detector lighting which kept coming on with the noise of the fan, but the easy solution was to close the bathroom door. It is simple but in a good location and walking distance to the main things to see in downtown. Breakfast was simple. No hot items offered. Excellent price for what you get.

Is a decent hotel, central to everything, Amy on reception is excellent, friendly and English speaking as is Shab the evening manager.Each room has aircon , tv and breakfast is ok , meats, cheese, eggs juice, coffee, cereal etc. Good value , would stay there again.

I had lovely time at Jolly Hotel, good service, worm welcome friendly and lovely staff. Very close to shopping and restaurants, all at walking distances. If you’re ok with the city noise, I strongly recommend to stay at Jolly Hotel.

Best location and friendly staff
You know the saying "location, location, location". Jolly is in the perfect place if you want to walk around Tirana. It's close to everything. My room was very small, but for me it was perfect. Plenty of hot water for my shower, everything was clean, and the breakfast is basic but healthy and good. The staff is very friendly and they try their best to help you with whatever you need. There is one con as far as I am concerned. I am a very lite sleeper, I need quiet and darkness to sleep. The hotel gave me what they said is the quietest room they have, but I still had trouble sleeping. The door is a regular indoor type and the noise goes through it. My room also had a skylight installed with a very basic curtain that didn't stop the light coming in the morning (around 05:30 in July). Even with my trusted earplugs, I could hear the noise from the street. If this bothers you, you might want to look for a different hotel.

The location is perfect...5-7 minute walk from the main City square with all the history museums and opera theater...the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and friendly! There are a lot of restaurants within 1-5 minute walk. The facility is basic with no elevators and the single room is very small! WiFi connection is satisfying. Breakfast is minimum with no hot meals.

Great location, central to markets and good eating places. 10 minute walk to the in place for bars called the bloc. Small but adequate rooms, breakfast was ok for the price paid. Staff were excellent and very helpful, had good knowledge of the area and spoke good English. Will definitely visit here again.
