Great Hotel!

Very friendly staff greeting us in and very attentive too! Room was clean and although just for a night it was perfect. Location was good and also nearby places to eat as well.

Budget only

This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge.

Convenient for the train station and we had a nice view from our top floor room and a lovely dinner nearby. Unfortunately we discovered in the morning that there were bed bugs living under the mattress, which had bitten us during the night. The staff were apologetic and offered us a free breakfast.

Simple, clean, inexpensive and comfortable

This is a very reasonable hotel in a very expensive city. The rooms are very lightly decorated but clean as comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful to me when I needed something. I would come back.

I didn’t manage to stay as they don’t allow check in after 22.00hrs and my train didn’t arrive until 22.16 and they also charge a fee for checking in between 19.00hrs and 22.00hrs. This is not a hospitality business!

Hyggeligt hotel med lidt gadestøj

Hotellet er af ældre dato, men er pænt og har charme. Værterne er venlige og høflige. Vores eneste ankepunkt er at hotellet ligger ud til en ret befærdet hovedvej gennem byen, hvorfor ørepropper kan være en god idé.
