"The apartments were very clean and very well-stocked, in a great location not too far from the city centre and very quiet. Nice view of the water, very bright (but with sufficient blinds and curtains to block out light). Also right next to a public swimming area and sauna! "

"The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen! "

"Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "
