チェックイン時スタッフの方は、ホテルの利用についてとても丁寧な説明でした。食事の時に対応してくれたスタッフの方たちもおもてなしの心が伝わる対応で、雰囲気もよく落ち着いて食事ができよかったです。客室はオーシャンビューで本当に素敵でした。室内も清潔で全てにおいて満足度が高く、大変心地よくゆっくり過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

部屋付き露天風呂が最高でした。一方、生後半年の子供がいたため、部屋内の浴槽を使用したとき、シャワーの持ち手が非常に汚かったこと、クローゼットの上の棚に服を置いていたら大量の埃がついたことは残念でした。しかし、それが気にならない位の接客の丁寧さ、子供に対するスタッフの対応、部屋の環境が良かったので、また、利用したいと思ってます。良い家族の思い出ができました。ありがとうございます！

部屋は広々、オーシャンビュー、露天風呂付き、清掃もいきとどいていました。夕食、朝食ともに、ボリューム満点でどれも美味し頂きました。スタッフの対応もよく、一泊でしたが、とても快適にすごせました。少し残念だったのは、洗面所の床がベコベコしているのが気になりました。

オーシャンビューで朝日が水平線から出るのを見られて感動しました。朝10時半にチェックアウトしましたが、 9時頃から部屋の掃除が始まって騒がしかったです。

露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くて綺麗で大満足です。ただ、料理のレベルは高くないと感じました。夜の会席と朝食と2食頂きましたが、どちらもイマイチでした。そして1番良いお部屋に泊まったのですが、食事会場で下座に誘導されたのは疑問でした。それなりのサービスを受けたかったと言うのが正直なところです。

無料送迎も有り良かった

鳥羽駅から無料の送迎が30分間隔で有り良かったです。チェックインした時は丁度少ない時間帯だったのかスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。こじんまりした綺麗なホテルでした。部屋に畳の和室とベッドの洋室と2スペース有りましたが、結局畳部分は使わなかったので洋室だけの部屋を選べば良かったかな？と思いました。夕食は会席料理を選びましたが、同じ時間帯の人が多くて落ち着いて食べれなかったです。料理は美味しかったですが、出すまでに時間が掛かりすぎてお腹いっぱいになって全部食べれなかったです。部屋にユニットバスが付いてて、普通このレベルのホテルならトイレとお風呂は別々が多いのにユニットバスはかなり残念でした。ベッドも狭いシングルベッドで寝相が悪いと落ちそうなくらい狭いベッドでした。大浴場に20時頃行ったのですが、シャワーが全部使われててすんなりと利用が出来なかった上にお風呂と露天風呂が緩くて最悪でした。外の露天風呂には垢が浮いてて入りませんでした。翌朝の朝食は洋食を選びましたが、予約した時間帯はお客さんが少なくて静かにゆっくり食べれました。パンが美味しかったです。

とにかく掃除が行き届いていて最高でした！子どもたちがベッドで寝るので、ベッドを動かしてくっつけたんだけど、動かした下のところに埃がない！前に泊まったビジネスホテルなんて埃だらけだった。(ある意味、それが普通というか仕方ないことだと思ってる) のに、まさかの埃がなくてビックリ！！！大浴場の露天風呂も普通だったら蜘蛛の巣が張ってても文句言われないであろう外のつい立てのまわりも蜘蛛の巣も埃もなくキレイでした！本当に掃除が行き届いていて最高でした！

スタッフ皆さんにこやかで丁寧に接客してくださいましたが、残念だったことが数点あります。ベランダの鍵が壊れたままになっていたこと。部屋のスリッパが左右揃っておらず、サイズもかなり大きく女性には合っていなかったこと。レストランや部屋の掃除がきちんとできていなかったことです。個人の感想ですので、人によっては気にならないかもしれません。

家族旅行1泊素泊まりで利用しました。外観は見た目良いですが、ところどころ古さを感じます。内装は綺麗ですが、1階は若干臭いが気になりました。お風呂は大きくないですが、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂もあり清潔でよかったです。
