"Personnel courtois et très serviable. On nous a grandement aidé pour l’envoi de nos bagages en plus de nous aider à régler un problème de réservation à un autre hôtel. Le jeune homme à l’accueil a été très patient, souriant et avenant. Nous avons bien apprécié la crème glacée offerte en fin de soirée. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux."

"Absolutely delightful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodations were fantastic. Super clean and spacious. We had the room with two twin beds which had its own bathroom and small fridge. Even had a communal bath which was great for relaxing my muscles after a long walk day. They even had a manga selection to borrow and a communal area for eating. Overall excellent and highly recommend."

"This stay was like an oasis for us. Very relaxing and comfortable. It is located in such a great spot with very easy access to the sites in Matsumoto. The hotel was impeccably clean. The room was very comfortable with a really nice shower. Michio was so kind and helpful! She helped us set up a private onsen time and arranged our luggage to be sent to our next hotel. Matsumoto was a delightful stop on our trip and I would highly recommend staying at Nunoya!"
