"The room was acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to the very slow service. When we arrived, we were only asked to write down our names and then had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour before we were allowed into our room. If my child had not complained about the long wait, I don’t think the staff would have taken action. The breakfast service was also very slow. We were told breakfast would start at 7:00 AM, but food was not served until around 7:30 AM. This can be a major inconvenience for guests who have early travel plans. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom needs improvement and was not in the best condition"

"If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some things that may make the location risky. The decks are deteriorating and there is rusting metal that could cause injury. This is no joke. "

"The pool was nice but the trek down to it was terrible there was no telling in any of the write up’s that it was at the bottom of 4 major flights of stairs I have Breathing Difficulties if I’d known I’d never booked it The staff though were polite but everything took so long to get it really Damped the feeling accommodations are very Dated it needs a total Refurb no I can’t recommend it at all will not go back and will not rate it very well it’s nothing like it shows in brochure "
