"Front desk person was a hassle even after I showed him my Expedia confirmation, he pretended to not understand and made my check-in difficult. The bed is rock hard and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again."

"I had such an amazing experience at Namhae 32. The very friendly and helpful owners went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and relaxing. They helped me secure a taxi to hire for the day to see the sights; recommended where I should go, and were so accomodating! "The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."
