There are two positive features this hotel offers: location and fantastic water pressure. Unfortunately everything else about the hotel is extremely outdated and left much to be desired. From the moment we walked in to check in we felt like we were being interrogated to no end for details about our reservation. They claimed those details help them confirm our identity (ID check anyone?).
They also track reservations manually in a giant book. Once our reservation was tracked down we were given a key to access/lock our room (not a regular electronic hotel key, an actual key), two tv remotes wrapped in a rubber band, a WiFi password in a small cutout and another cutout for one complimentary breakfast, although we were staying there 2 nights. The room itself looked much more modern and clean in the website pictures than reality. The bed sheets didn’t smell clean and the beds were as hard as the floor, we woke up with severe back pain we’re still trying to recover from. And to top it all off, in the middle of the night it sounded like someone was jack hammering in the room next door. They claim it was the pipes. Overall not a pleasant or even decent experience, don’t recommend.
