This was the first of two stays we had at the hotel. Loved everything about the hotel - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet and safe and in a great location. The public bath on the top floor of the hotel is such a treat and has a good view of Sapporo. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made for an extra special stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was amazing and kind. Food was pretty good and service was top notch. Decent amount of activities to be non ski season. I did wish for more nature. There were no trails to walk that were next to the hotel.

It's modern with a stylish aesthetic.
Love the shower booth with good water pressure.
The biggest disappointment is sleep quality. The mattress (non branded) was notably saggy, lacking the support needed for a restful night. Most frustratingly, the padding was so thin (non existent) that I could feel the individual springs pressing through.
