"家族５人で５泊しましたが、滞在中はとても快適でした。コンビニも徒歩１分くらいにあり、繁華街も近いので、外食も不自由しませんでした。ただ、チェックインの時のモニター端末の音量が小さく、係の人の声がほとんど聞こえない感じになってました。また、２つの端末のうち、1つは壊れていて、使用不能のため、かなり時間を要してストレスでした。エアコンの一つがほぼ送風のみで１６度に設定しても冷えませんでした。直したほうがいいと思います。"

"Check in is by iPad and only in Japanese- I had to ask someone to call a local number for help checking in. (I am an English speaker and had no access to phone) staff spoke English but were not helpful as I had issues checking in. It was late.
